Our Leadership Coaching Package

Kick off meeting

This meeting is for the Coach and Coachee to build rapport and identify the initial focus of the coaching journey.

Intake form + planning

The Coach and Coachee will establish a goal commitment plan with success measures to initiate and guide the coaching experience.

Leadership assessment

A variety of leadership assessments may be used to help guide the development process and increase self awareness.

Initial manager feedback

The manager will complete an assessment to identify strengths and development areas to guide the initial coaching focus.

Coaching sessions

Zoom coaching sessions run 45-60 minutes. Minimum 4 months, standard engagements are 6-12 months.

360 Assessments

Marisa Matz is certified to deliver and facilitate 360 assessments through the Center for Creative Leadership®. ​​CCL’s standardized assessments, as well as our own 360 leadership assessment, are all based on content that is research-based and tested to be statistically reliable. CCL's assessment instruments have been developed exclusively for use as assessment for development tools. 360 assessments are a powerful tool for growing your career!

Skillscope®

A 360-degree assessment that provides individuals with straightforward, practical feedback on job-related skills necessary for effectiveness in a management role. Ideal for organizations and individuals new to the 360 leadership skills assessment process.

Learning agility is the capacity for learning from experience. This assessment measures the learning agility skills most often found in successful leaders.
